I offer a free consultation to help determine if we’re a good fit together. If you decide to move forward, our sessions will be approximately 45 minutes long and conducted virtually, allowing us to connect in the comfort and safety of your own home. I have several payment options available, depending on your needs, and can provide you with a good faith estimate of the cost of treatment.

 

Therapy is a tool that helps you heal; how you use therapy, how frequently we meet, and the pace of your healing is entirely in your hands. Your healing journey is unique to you – there’s no strict schedule or timeline to follow. I’ll guide you along your journey, help you better understand your experience, and provide you with tools that you can use every day to continue to heal.
